Convicted fraudster listed as person of contact in 47 Minnesota ‘child cares’: report

A convicted fraudster has alleged links to nearly four dozen taxpayer-funded “child cares” in Minnesota, a state that is rife with rip-offs perpetrated by Somali swindlers who have carried out “industrial-scale” fraud.

Democrats and their media partners are furiously trying to contain the fallout after independent journalist Nick Shirley’s video of his visit to seemingly inactive Somali-run daycare centers in Minneapolis went viral, sparking outrage from Republicans over the rampant fraud that has taken place under the noses of Democrat politicians, especially Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

Social media sleuths have now uncovered what they allege to be a link to at least 47 childcare centers and Aimee Bock, the “mastermind” of the Feeding Our Future scam in which taxpayer money for a COVID-era program to feed hungry kids was stolen and used to fund the “lavish lifestyles” of the perpetrators.

“Aimee Bock and Salim Said took advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic to carry out a massive fraud scheme that stole money meant to feed children,” Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Kirkpatrick said in a March 2025 statement. “The defendants falsely claimed to have served 91 million meals, for which they fraudulently received nearly $250 million in federal funds. That money did not go to feed kids. Instead, it was used to fund their lavish lifestyles. Today’s verdict sends a message to the community that fraud against the government will not be tolerated.”

This week, Bock was ordered to forfeit more than $5 million.

“A court order issued Tuesday demands Bock forfeit about $5.2 million. She was also ordered to forfeit clothes, electronics and a Porsche, the value of which will earn her credit toward the money forfeiture. The order states more than $185,000 was previously seized from Bock’s accounts, as well as $13,462 in cash,” CBS News reported.

The alleged connection between Bock and the “child cares” drew a spirited response from X users who swarmed like sharks with blood already in the water from Shirley’s intrepid work.

“Stealing from the federal government is stealing from the American people – plain and simple. The egregious fraud uncovered in the Feeding our Future case represents the blatant betrayal of public trust. These criminals stole hundreds of millions in federal funding meant to feed hungry children during a crisis and instead funneled it into luxury homes, cars and lavish lifestyles while families struggled,” Special Agent in Charge Alvin M. Winston Sr. of FBI Minneapolis said in a March 2025 statement after Bock was found guilty in the $250 million pandemic fraud scheme.

Earlier this week, the Trump administration announced that it would be freezing child care grants to states amid the Minnesota fraud scandal which could literally only be the tip of the iceberg of systemic abuse that has taken place under the Democrats who have turned a blind eye to their foreign supporters looting of aid programs.
