Country star Tim McGraw tumbles from stage during concert, falls into fan’s arms

Tim McGraw fell off a stage during a concert at Boots in the Park in Tempe, Ariz., though there may be some debate over whether it was accidental.

The country music star was taking a bow before his fans, having kneeled down on one knee in the center of the stage. As he rose back to his feet, McGraw stumbled backward until his boots stopped at the very edge of the stage. Surrendering to gravity, he then fell into the arms of a fan and a security guard.

Clearly enjoying himself amidst the adoring crowd, McGraw wasted little time greeting as many as he could once he was in their midst, to the apparent angst of security personnel who seemed eager to get him back on stage.

Some fans joked that it was the country singer’s too tight “bun hugging jeans” that caused the fall, as seen in the footage below:

@whodis88 Helluva concert good ol @timmcgraw put on last nt. Glad he was ok and was up meeting the crowd. #timmcgraw #dadsoftiktok #navajonation #navajotiktok #bootsinthepark #tempeaz #arizona #countrymusic #foryou #xyz123 ♬ I Like It, I Love It – Tim McGraw

Turns out, McGraw was not the only performer to suffer a mishap. Rapper Post Malone fell hard at a show in St. Louis and was not as fortunate as McGraw in that he broke three ribs.

Post Malone fell into a hole in the center of the stage and was in serious pain as he was seen writhing on his back. Aides quickly rushed to assist him and in a real trooper move, the rapper reportedly returned to finish his set some 15 minutes later, holding his chest throughout.

This is not the first time McGraw has fallen while performing.

A YouTube video captured what was described as a Tim McGraw concert at Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena on July 23, 2016. It’s not clear what he is standing on, but whatever it was, it was a tiny area.

Suddenly, while singing, McGraw dropped straight down, almost out of sight. Impressively, he never stopped singing!
