The same crowd that groveled at the feet of a real king when King Charles visited the nation’s capital last month are planning “events” to protest President Donald Trump turning 80.
The “No Kings” movement, which is backed by a network of about 500 groups with an estimated $3 billion in annual revenue, including communist and socialist organizations calling for “revolution,” according to Fox News, is planning a “nationwide event” on June 14, which is Trump’s 80th birthday.
(“Spooky dude” George Soros and Neville Roy Singham, an American tech tycoon living in China, figure prominently in financing the anti-Trump movement.)
“The next 250 starts with us. As America approaches its anniversary, it’s about what story we tell. We can let strongman politics and corruption define the moment,” the No Kings website states. “Or we can make the story of America about people coming together — across race, background, identity, belief, and community — to defend our rights and build a future rooted in people’s power.”

The planned event is a 90-minute concert in New York City titled “Rise Up, Sing Out.” The concert is sponsored by the Committee for the First Amendment, a Hollywood-based advocacy group that was restarted in October by 88-year-old Jane Fonda, who is scheduled to appear. Others expected to appear include singers Sasha Allen, Bette Midler, Patti Smith and Rufus Wainwright. JOy Reid, the Hate Whitey liberal commentator fired by MSNBC, is also on the slate.
No word yet if “aging lesbian” Bruce Springsteen, who performed at a “No Kings” rally earlier this year in Minneapolis, will bring his Hate Trump troupe to the show.

To justify the “nationwide” billing, the “No Kings” movement is calling on followers to hold 18 watch parties in 11 different states for the event.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the stopry, as seen on X:
It’s nice to see those people get out of the retirement home and get some exercise for the day.

Did they let Gavin Newsom know to change his “King” photo?

Why? Shouldn’t democrats use that money for health care which they always complain about?
Seems wasteful since we don’t have a king.
