Look out Biden! DeSantis doubles down in face of ‘criminal probe’ with migrants on way to Delaware

Progressive politicians and attorneys may be talking a big game as they threaten Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) with criminal investigations, but flight plans for the aircraft employed by the stalwart conservative to send illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard revealed late Monday he isn’t backing down–he’s upping the bar.

Since last Wednesday when DeSantis chartered two planes to transport 50 illegals in Texas, said to be on their way to Florida, to the Massachusetts islands haven of the elite, he has faced a slew of allegations of kidnapping and coercion under “false pretenses.” California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), civil rights attorneys in Boston and Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar have all made their own case that an investigation should be opened against the governor and, in response, DeSantis is sending a special delivery to President Joe Biden’s home in Delaware.

Independent journalist Judd Legum posted the intended Tuesday flight plan of Ultimate Air Shuttle flight UE11 starting in Longview, TX with a final destination of Teterboro, NJ. Along the way, the same plane that was used to send illegals to Martha’s Vineyard will be stopping in San Antonio, TX, Crestview, FL and then at the Georgetown, DE airport roughly half an hour away from Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Much like Gov. Greg Abbott sending busloads of illegals to Vice President Kamala Harris’ residence at the Naval Observatory following her outlandish claim that the “border is secure,” DeSantis’s move in the face of aggressive pushback is a direct indictment on the current administration’s culpability in exacerbating the crisis that has posed a continued threat to the safety of the American people.

As previously reported, DeSantis had responded directly to Salazar’s threat of criminal investigation by calling out the 53 that had died in the back of a truck abandoned in the sheriff’s county “because they were being neglected.”

“Was there a freak-out about that?” the governor asked as he spoke with Fox News’s Sean Hannity. “No there wasn’t.”

Likewise, there had been no “freak-out” over “criminal aliens” killing and raping Americans or fentanyl deaths caused by drug smuggling.

As DeSantis’ office asserted, the transport of illegals, “gave them an opportunity to seek greener pastures in a sanctuary jurisdiction that offered greater resources for them, as we expected. Unless the MA national guard has abandoned these individuals, they have been provided accommodations, sustenance, clothing and more options to succeed following their unfair enticement into the United States, unlike the 53 immigrants who died in a truck found abandoned in Bexar Country this June.”

Following Salazar’s declaration that he was opening an investigation into DeSantis’ action, it was later revealed that the only basis for the move was that he found the governor’s action “distasteful.”

As one reaction stated, “We will see how good [DeSantis] is at navigating high stakes situations like this currently appears to be.”

That drew the governor’s campaign Rapid Response Director and former spokesperson to post, “I am not a lawyer either, but Governor DeSantis is, and if there is one thing that’s important to understand about how he does things–it’s that he always thinks ahead and considers all the legal possibilities before taking action. I am certain he thought this thru carefully.”

As the news spread of DeSantis’ latest move to call out the failings of the Biden administration with progressives and corporate media breathing down his neck, looking for any slip-up to figuratively hang him with, the reputation of America’s governor as an unflinching warrior for conservatism continued to spread.
