Megyn Kelly torches MSNBC ‘idiot’ Joy Reid over defense of pervert books in schools

Megyn Kelly torched MSNBC’s “idiot” host Joy Reid after a heated interview with a conservative activist over sexually explicit books in schools.

“This idiot actually wanted to know what ‘expertise’ @4TiffanyJustice has to object to minors in school reading about strap-on dildos & incestual pedophilia,” Kelly posted on X along with a clip from Reid’s interview with Moms For Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice.

The group has been advocating the removal of the book “All Boys Aren’t Blue” by George M. Johnson, from schools because of its explicit sexual content. Reid argued with Justice on the incorrect narrative that she and her conservative group are trying to “ban books.”

“What is the expertise that you have and other Moms for Liberty advocates have to decide that a book, an award-winning book… isn’t appropriate for students to read,” the MSNBC host asked her guest.

“In what context is a strap-on dildo acceptable for public school, I mean that’s my question to you,” Justice shot back.

“What’s your expertise to make the point that a book about strapon dildos or pedophilia or anal rape by a family member doesn’t belong in K-12 libraries and schools?” Kelly wondered in her scathing criticism of the host of “The ReidOut.”

Conservative commentator Candace Owens remarked in a comment that Reid “asked the question as though it was a slam dunk.”

“I don’t want to know about Joy Reid’s weird sexual predilections or what she thinks is okay content for minors, but it’s not the same as what I think,” the host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” asserted during a discussion with Emily Jashinsky, host of The Federalist Radio Hour, and Eliana Johnson, editor of the Washington Free Beacon.

“And if she wants to expose her kid to that stuff, she can go right ahead and do it on her own time and her own dime,” Kelly added.

She noted that there are plenty of studies done on the subject.

“There are tons and tons of academic expert articles and books about the damage done to children by being exposed to content like that too soon,” she said.

“And most good parents are pretty vigilant about making sure our children don’t have access to that kind of thing. We put blocks on their phones if they have phones…all the things and the last thing you want to think is when you send them to school, that’s when they’re most dangerous,” she continued. “That’s when they’re most exposed to stories about anal rape and strap-on dildos.”

She also slammed the idea of putting explicit books like this in schools “on my taxpayer money when my kid might be sitting right next to her kid reading a nice book about love, about bullies, about history. It’s absurd to pretend it’s a ban, because you can’t get it in your school library!”

During the contentious MSNBC interview, Reid told Justice, “What I am saying to you is you are not an expert in this book.”

The conservative replied, “I don’t have to be an expert to know that dildos are not appropriate for public school, I mean come on let’s get real.”
