Not lovin’ it: McDonald’s customer has super-sized tantrum when employees ‘screwed up his order’

Fast-food restaurants are notorious for three things: Cheap food, quick service, and almost never getting your order completely correct. While most people find the latter to be a moderate inconvenience, one unidentified Georgia man took it personally.

Video from inside a Waynesboro McDonald’s drive-thru shows the man, who is wearing a Portland Trail Blazers jersey, reach his arms through the window and begin throwing items. He lobs several containers that appear to have liquids inside them as well while an employee tries to quell his rampage.

The Waynesboro Police Department posted about the incident on their Facebook page, saying that they would like to “serve him a criminal charge combo” when the suspect is finally identified.

“This guy took ‘Have it your way’ too far after he decided his order wasn’t to his liking (it didn’t have anything to do with ice cream machines, I swear) and threw a temper tantrum, among other things, at the drive-thru of one of our local fast food restaurants,” they wrote. “Let it be known that this type of behavior will not be tolerated in the city of Waynesboro. If you have any information on who the person wearing the white hat and leaning through the window is, please contact the Waynesboro Police Department at (706)554-8030. We would like to serve him a criminal charge combo.”

Unfortunately, this type of behavior is far from uncommon.

In July, American Wire reported that Sadaat Johnson ordered his 4-year-old toddler to open fire on police outside of a McDonald’s after authorities were alerted to a man brandishing a firearm at fast-food employees over a wrong order.

“An employee at the window told police that after Johnson started arguing with her about his order, he started swearing at her and slapped the receipt out of her hand. She said Johnson became more agitated, grabbed a handgun that was sitting on the passenger seat and racked it, ejecting a bullet before putting it back on the seat and continuing to argue,” reported a local news agency at the time.

Thankfully the police did not return fire. Despite the dark window tint on the vehicle, officers identified the shooter as a small child and extracted the kids from the vehicle and were able to arrest Johnson.
