‘Squad’ member ousted in brutal primary now ‘broke,’ begging for money

These are tough times for Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) who lost his primary and is now begging for money to pay off his campaign debts.

Only a few short months away from being decoupled from the federal government gravy train, the leftist lawmaker and notorious fire alarm puller faces an uncertain future and it’s his own fault.

The outgoing “Squad” member was burned by his shilling for the Hamas terror organization which got the attention of the powerful American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) which backed his challenger, Westchester County Executive George Latimer in the June Democrat primary.

Desperate for money, the volcanic soon-to-be former congressman is urging supporters to kick a few bucks into the kitty and whining about the unfairness of it all.

“AIPAC spent more money against us than any other House primary – ever. I was public enemy number one and they spent almost twenty millions dollars to stop us,” the ousted Bowman said in an August 14 email campaign committee email, according to the New York Post.

The race in New York’s 16th congressional district was the most expensive of all time as AIPAC had to spend bigly to offset the amount of left-wing money that was backing the volatile human F-bomb machine, one of the most uncouth members ever to prowl the halls of Congress.

But the investment paid off when Latimer clobbered Bowman by 17 points with voters having had enough of his juvenile antics and palling around with anti-Semites and terrorist supporters.

“But that puts us in a bit of a predicament right now. After tallying up the spends, we’re ‘in the red.’ It would be an incredible help to our team if you could help us retire our campaign debt by chipping in a few dollars now,” the plea for money continued.

It’s currently not clear how far underwater Bowman is and won’t be until he makes an official filing, but he spent money like a drunken sailor in the waning days of his campaign with over $1.3 million in television and digital ads, according to the New York Post which cited FEC records.

The vanquished “Squad ” member blew over $5.3 million in a losing cause with Latimer spending over $5.6 million.

“As of July, Bowman’s campaign reported more than $373,000 cash in the bank with debts of just over $141,000, according to his most recent Federal Election Commission filing,” the New York Post reported.

Not even the help of screechy anti-AIPAC Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and commie curmudgeon Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was able to save their fellow prog from voters. Both turned out for a big get-out-the-vote rally but it failed to pay off, punching Bowman’s ticket to the poorhouse.

Mark Mellman, who serves as president of the nonprofit Democratic Majority for Israel, suggests that nobody is to blame for Bowman’s financial woes but himself.

“I’m glad Bowman was defeated. I am sorry [his campaign is] broke. But it’s only his fault and the fault of his campaign,” he told the Post.

AIPAC also got good value for their money earlier this month when the mouthy racist “Squad” member Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) was taken out in her primary. She isn’t also begging for money, at least not yet.
