Swalwell inadvertently gives voice to Dem lawfare tactics in rushed response to Trump-Musk rift

Much like a twisted person might rush to the scene of a train wreck in the hopes of witnessing some gore, Rep. Eric Swalwell was quick to weigh in on the discord between President Donald J. Trump and first buddy Elon Musk.

Then again, as Swalwell is wont to do, the shameless Democrat makes things worse when he tries to score political points.

Taking to X, Swalwell suggested that without Musk’s support in the 2024 election, Trump would not only have lost to the empty pantsuit Kamala Harris, but that the president would be “in prison” — essentially admitting to the lawfare being waged against Trump by Swalwell’s party.

“Donald, without @elonmusk, you wouldn’t be President now. You’d be a Prisoner,” the lawmaker posted.

That Swalwell would openly embrace the use of governmental agencies to punish a political opponent is no surprise. After all, he dared to openly embrace his love affair with the Beijing honey trap known as Fang Fang this week, claiming that his wife told him to wear his shameful sexual relations with a suspected Chinese spy as “a badge of honor.”

To get a sense of his reasoning skills, Swalwell claimed the right is so mad about a member of Congress being thoroughly duped by the Chinese Communist Party because he’s “a straight, white, Christian male son of a cop.”

Social media users saw right through Swalwell’s political machinations — here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
