The border crisis is so bad, even Dr. Phil is getting involved

The border crisis under President Joe Biden has become so bad that even television talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw has gotten involved.

How so? By traveling to the U.S. southern border this week to witness the unprecedented crisis firsthand.

Watch:

In the video above, recorded along the southern border in Texas, McGraw slammed the Biden administration for its complicity in allowing the border crisis to continue to fester and grow.

“Texas law enforcement has seized over 454 million lethal doses of fentanyl during this mission,” he said. “Governor Abbott has said that the federal government has broken the pact between the United States federal government and the states. Governor Abbott says President Biden has refused to enforce those laws and has even violated them.”

“The result is a humanitarian crisis, unlike anything we’ve seen before, smashing records for illegal immigration by wasting taxpayer dollars to tear open Texas border security infrastructure. Governor Abbott says President Biden has enticed tens of thousands of illegal immigrants away from 28 legal entry points along the Texas border and into the dangerous deadly waters of the Rio Grande,” he added.

Notice what he said about “wasting taxpayer dollars to tear open Texas border security infrastructure.”

Because the Biden administration adamantly refuses to secure the border, last year Texas Gov. Greg Abbott had razor wire installed along the Rio Grande to stymie the flow of criminal illegal aliens into the U.S.

How did the Biden administration respond — by thanking him perhaps? Nope. The administration responded by suing him.

“The Department of Justice sued Texas today over Governor Greg Abbott’s controversial floating barrier in the Rio Grande. Abbott ordered the floating wall placed in the middle of the river separating the United States and Mexico to prevent migrants from illegally crossing into Texas,” NPR reported last July.

“The DOJ says the barrier violates federal law and presents, quote, ‘serious risks to public safety and the environment.’ It is the latest development in a growing battle between Republican states and the federal government over border security and immigration,” the report continued.

The administration even tried cutting down the razor wire, prompting Abbott to have even more installed:

Continuing his remarks from the border, Dr. Phil cited Department of Homeland Security statistics showing that the number of criminal illegal aliens that have crossed into the U.S. is “more than the population of 33 different states.”

“According to the Department of Homeland Security, since President Biden took office more than 6 million illegal immigrants have crossed [the] Texas southern border in just three years. That’s more than the population of 33 different states in this country,” he said.

He went on to even slam Vice President Kamala Harris, the supposed border czar who’s done nothing — absolutely nothing — to slow or stop the flow of criminal illegal aliens into the U.S.

“And what about our Vice President Kamala Harris? Did you know she’s our country’s immigration czar? Guess how many times she’s been to the border – once,” he said.

And even then, when she finally ostensibly visited the border in 2021, she visited the quietest part of it in El Paso instead of going to where the crisis was especially bad.

“You don’t go to El Paso to see what is actually going on at the border,” National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd said at the time.

He pointed out that the El Paso sector is relatively well-secured and that Harris should have instead visited McAllen, Texas, where the most migrant apprehensions are taking place, or Tucson, Arizona, where the greatest number of migrants are successfully evading agents.

Dr. Phil’s visit comes amid the fight between the Biden administration and the Abbott administration growing even more intense.

Last month the Supreme Court ruled against Texas, arguing that the administration has the right to cut down razor wire.

Citing technical arguments against the ruling, Texas responded by seizing Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas, and installing even more razor wire, prompting outrage from the open borders Biden administration and its sycophantic, brainwashed loyalists.
