Trump sues them all! Hillary Clinton, DNC, dozens more in suit over Russian collusion

Former President Donald Trump slapped Hillary Clinton and more than a dozen others with a lawsuit alleging they “maliciously” conspired against him with the Russia collusion hoax.

“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the civil lawsuit filed Thursday read.

Pointing a finger at Clinton, Trump’s Democratic rival in the 2016 presidential race, and others including the Democratic National Committee and White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan, the lawsuit claims the plot against him made Watergate seem mild.

“The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme — falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources — are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison,” part of the 108-page complaint read.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Trump is alleging that Clinton, the DNC, and others cost him business – including the loss of future business prospects – and that the damages are close to $24 million.

“Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust. They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump. Indeed, their far-reaching conspiracy was designed to cripple Trump’s bid for presidency by fabricating a scandal that would be used to trigger an unfounded federal investigation and ignite a media frenzy,” the lawsuit reads.

Trump alleged that the plan was “conceived, coordinated and carried out” by top DNC officials and by Clinton herself who “attempted to shield her involvement behind a wall of third parties.”

Defendants include 28 people and organizations, including Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman John Podesta, former FBI Director James Comey, former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the research firm Fusion GPS as well as former British spy Christopher Steele, who authored the infamous “Trump-Russia dossier.”

The complaint alleges computer fraud and abuse, theft of trade secrets, conspiracy, injurious falsehood, malicious prosecution as well as violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

“In short, the Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton,” the suit states.

“When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration” it continued.

“Worse still, the Defendants continue to spread their vicious lies to this day as they unabashedly publicize their thoroughly debunked falsehoods in an effort to ensure that he will never be elected again,” the filing alleges. “The deception, malice, and treachery perpetrated by the Defendants has caused significant harm to the American people, and to the Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, and they must be held accountable for their heinous acts.”
