Tucker previews interview with man who claims he had gay sex with Obama while doing lines

Ahead of the premiere of his latest interview, Tucker Carlson teased cocaine, sodomy and the man who claimed to have done both with a then-rising political star named Barack Obama.

From presidential hopefuls to foreign leaders, “Tucker on X” has featured a wide range of guests in its infancy as it continues to break down the established paradigm of corporate media. Wednesday, some 15 years after dropping allegations related to then-candidate and Illinois Sen. Obama he said the media refused to report, Larry Sinclair returned to the spotlight for a sit-down with Carlson.

With little more than a minute of  clips, the host teased “A man who claims he had sex with Barack Obama in 1999 tells his story.”

Snippets of Sinclair’s story were included where the guest recalled his alleged encounter with Obama, a state senator at the time. “I start putting a line on a CD tray to snort and next thing I know, he’s got a little pipe and he’s smoking.”

“I started rubbing my hand along his thigh to see where it was going and it went the direction I had intended it to go,” the author and felon went on.

Carlson wondered at the “sense” of who Obama was and asked the guest if the man was “transactional or that he’s bisexual or, like what is this?” to which Sinclair replied, “It definitely wasn’t Barack’s first time and I would almost be willing to bet you it wasn’t his last.”

While the media may not have chosen to entertain Sinclair’s claims, they were more than willing to take a closer look at his background, and in 2008 Politico detailed the man’s criminal record which included a 16-year sentence for forgery charges in two states. During that time, records had indicated he was disciplined “97 times for infractions including assault, threats, drug possession, intimidation, and verbal abuse…”

The matter of Obama’s sexuality remained a topic of discussion throughout August following an interview of the president’s biographer David Garrow with Tablet Magazine. The author of “Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama” detailed a collection of letters Obama had written to a former girlfriend when he was younger that expressed a homosexual fantasy.

In his own words, Obama had said to Alex McNear in part, “In regard to homosexuality, I must say that I believe this is an attempt to remove oneself from the present, a refusal perhaps to perpetuate the endless farce of earthly life. You see, I make love to men daily, but in the imagination.”

In late August, Carlson had brought the allegations back up and told comedian and podcast host Adam Carolla how it went overlooked. “In 2008, it became really clear that Barack Obama had been having sex with men and smoking crack.”

“A guy came forward, Larry Sinclair, and said ‘I’ll sign an affidavit’ and he did. ‘I’ll do a lie detector’ and he did. ‘I smoked crack with Barack Obama and had sex with him,’ that was obviously true,” said Carlson of the claims presented. “Nobody reported it not because they were squeamish about sex or drugs but because the Obama campaign said anyone who reports on this gets no access to the Obama campaign. So, they didn’t report on it.”

At the end of the teaser viewed over 36 million times in less than 15 hours, the host said to his guest, “The guy’s running for president and credible information comes out that he’s smokin’ crack and having sex with dudes, that seems like a story.”

The episode is slated to be released Wednesday at 6 p.m. Eastern on X.
