Hunter Biden lawyers cite ‘revenge porn’ laws, threaten to sue Fox News over client’s dirty pics

Hunter Biden’s attorneys have reportedly threatened to sue Fox News “imminently” unless the network takes down what it claims are “hacked” images of their client.

In an election year salvo against the conservative news outlet which is highly critical of his father, the younger Biden is demanding that the sexually explicit images of his degenerate exploits be removed or else, citing “revenge porn” laws.

The letter, which was dated April 23 and sent to Fox News and FOX Corp from the scandal-drenched presidential son’s lawyers ordered that Fox “preserve all documents potentially relevant to the allegations in this letter,” language that is typically a precursor to legal action.

The letter which was first reported by CNN, with multiple other media outlets also receiving copies in what has the appearance of a coordinated media campaign, accuses the network of “conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame Mr. Biden and paint him in a false light, the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness, and the unlawful publication of hacked intimate images of him.”

Biden has reportedly hired high-powered celebrity lawyer Mark Geragos and his law firm to represent him in the lawsuit. Geragos has made a name for himself with a star-studded client list including hate hoaxing actor Jussie Smollett, militant former NFL quarterback and self-styled race prophet Colin Kaepernick, actress Winona Ryder, and “King of Pop” Michael Jackson.

According to NBC News, the letter “specifically cites” the network’s coverage of allegations of bribery against President Biden and his clan by trusted FBI informant Alexander Smirnov who was indicted by federal prosecutors on charges of making false statements about the Bidens in February.

“Smirnov and the post indictment revelations basically closed the loop on the conspiracy,” Geragos told the outlet.

NBC News reported that the letter “alleges that Fox News knew that the bribery allegations were unverified at the time but continued to report that the source was ‘highly credible,’ and demands corrections and retractions — including on-air statements by television hosts ‘including Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, and Maria Bartiromo, to inform their viewers on air that they have been sharing a debunked allegation from a source who has been federally indicted.”

The letter also takes Fox to task for dirty pictures of the allegedly reformed crackhead frolicking with prostitutes and engaging in the consumption of illicit substances with many featuring full-frontal nudity of the Biden family bad boy from the infamous “laptop from hell” that he abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop.

The outlet aired a mock trial of Biden on its Fox Nation streaming network in 2022 focusing on the bribery allegations and also published  “intimate images of Mr. Biden depicting him in the nude as well as engaged in sex acts,” the letter says, demanding the immediate removal of the series from its streaming platforms.

“FOX knows that these private and confidential images were hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated digital material,”  Biden’s attorneys lawyers which according to CNN, “contained several of the explicit images, some of which were blurred.”

The publication of the images violated “the majority of states’ laws against the nonconsensual disclosure of sexually explicit images and videos, sometimes referred to as ‘revenge porn’ laws,” CNN reported.
