The feuding and bickering between free-thinking rapper Kanye West and socialite Kim Kardashian amid their ongoing divorce has spilled completely out into the public thanks to TikTok.
The latest tiff between the two started late Thursday/early Friday when the rapper posted a screenshot of his daughter North West’s TikTok account, claimed that Kardashian is allowing North to use TikTok against his will and asked his followers for advice.
“SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BEING PUT ON TIK TOK AGAINST MY WILL?” the rapper wrote.
The part about his “first divorce” may have been a stealth shot at Kardashian, whose divorce with the rapper marks her third one.

While Kardashian has remained quiet amid the rapper’s “attacks” — he’s insulted her boyfriend and spilled the beans on their relationship to gossip magazines — his latest one prompted her into action.
In a stunning written Instagram Story post published Friday morning, she slammed him for making “it impossible every step of the way” for them to have “a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship.”
She also defended permitting their daughter to use TikTok, saying that it allows “her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision” and “brings her happiness.”
“Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create. As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision – because it brings her happiness,” she wrote.
“Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all. From the beginning I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continued to make it impossible every step of the way,” the socialite added.
Last but not least, she pleaded for him to let them resolve matters “privately” and then took a stealth shot right back at him, mocking him for having allegedly run through multiple lawyers.
“I wish to handle all matters regarding our children privately and hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably,” she wrote.

He is wrong about a lot of things, but this isn’t one of them. His daughter is only 8? You have to be 13 to be on TikTok. Family Court needs to put a gag order on the two of them putting kid stuff in the press & on social media.

A couple of hours later, West fired back by posting a screenshot of Kardashian’s post to his Instagram and challenging her claim of having been the “main provider and caregiver for” their children.
“What do you mean by main provider ? America saw you try to kid nap my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago’s party cause you accused me of being on drugs Tracy Romulus stop manipulating Kim to be this way…,” he wrote.

Romulus is the chief marketing officer of Kardashian’s KKW Brands. Prior to working for Kardashian, she worked as a managing partner at Industry Public Relations, and according to Us Weekly, one her clients at the time was West’s Yeezy brand.
Her LinkedIn shows that she worked at Industry Public Relations from 2006 to 2016. Us Weekly, meanwhile, notes that “Romulus was one of Kardashian’s best friends for more than a decade before they worked together.”
And indeed, on Oct. 21st of last year, Romulus published an Instagram post celebrating their 15-year-long friendship.
“The one thing I admire most about you is the fact that you are the same genuine person that I met that Monday night in NY 15 years ago. Still the most beautiful, kindest, smartest, funniest and most fun person in the room,” she wrote.

This means they became friends in 2006, the same year that Yeezy became one of Romulus’ clients. What remains unclear is which came first — her working with West, or her befriending Kardashian.
Regardless, the rapper’s fans say that Romulus basically works as Kardashian’s PR person now and that the socialite’s recent behavior/rhetoric is part of a strategy she, Romulus, put together to smear Kanye.
