‘Make America pray again’: Trump partners with musician to sell ‘God Bless the USA’ Bible

With Easter almost upon us, former President Donald Trump has partnered with country music star Lee Greenwood to sell “God Bless the USA” Bibles.

Anyone who has been to a Trump rally or watched one online knows that the former president plays Greenwood’s hit song “God Bless The USA” each time he takes the stage.

“Happy Holy Week! Let’s Make America Pray Again. As we lead into Good Friday and Easter, I encourage you to get a copy of the God Bless The USA Bible,” Trump posted on Truth Social, while sharing a video plug.

“This Bible is the King James version and also includes our Founding Father documents — yes, the Constitution, which I’m fighting for every single day very hard to keep Americans protected,” he said in the video. “And also the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence and the Pledge of Allegiance are all part of this ‘God Bless the USA’ Bible.”

“All Americans need a Bible in their home, and I have many. It’s my favorite book,” he added. “I’m proud to endorse and encourage you to get this Bible. We must make America pray again.”

The Bibles sell for $59.99 and the website set up to process sales said they are “the ONLY Bible inspired by America’s most recognized patriotic anthem, God Bless The USA.”

The website also makes it clear that it’s not affiliated with Trump’s presidential campaign.

“GodBlessTheUSABible.com is not political and has nothing to do with any political campaign. GodBlessTheUSABible.com is not owned, managed, or controlled by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, CIC Ventures LLC or any of their respective principals or affiliates.”

Naturally, the Trump-haters pounced on the promotion, but his supporters seemed to understand the bigger picture at play, as seen on X:
