Pelosi snaps at MSNBC host for honest criticism, suggests Dems will nuke filibuster if Biden wins

Democrats love to pontificate about how the party is defending “democracy” but the party is hellbent on destroying every institution in pursuit of its extreme left-wing agenda, just take it from Nancy Pelosi.

More than anything else, the party is fueled by its rabid support of legalized infanticide and the former House speaker has suggested that if Democrats retain control over the government after the election, that Joe Biden and his party will quickly move to end the filibuster for abortion.

Pelosi appeared on Monday’s edition of “Katy Tur Reports” where she told the MSNBC host that Dems intend to junk the filibuster to enshrine abortion into law nationally, a response to the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade last summer.

“People have to view abortion as a democracy issue. This is about freedom to make your own decisions for a woman. It’s a personal decision, it’s an economic decision at the kitchen table of America’s families, if and when they could expand their families or even start their families,” Pelosi said.

The octogenarian Democrat then gaslighted about a national abortion ban if presumptive GOP nominee Donald J. Trump is elected when he has never indicated any such thing before turning to nuking the filibuster for abortion – and many other things too.

“We have to win it all. We have to win the White House, with our great president of the United States, Joe Biden, who has a vision for America that is in keeping with the vision of our founders, the sacrifice of our men and women in uniform, the aspirations of our children and their families,” the former speaker added, using the troops and children to cloak her party’s sinister, anti-American vision.

Tur then asked, “If President Biden gets reelected and there’s a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate, what can President Biden do to protect abortion nationwide?”

“We can enshrine into the law Roe v. Wade,” Pelosi said.

“That would take two-thirds in the Senate,” Tur pointed out.

Pelosi corrected her, “No it doesn’t. It’s 60 votes in the Senate now but if we win 50-plus-1 in the Senate, 50 plus the vice president, we can overturn the 60-vote rule.”

“The filibuster,” Tur said.

“The filibuster and pass it with a 51-vote margin. That’s what we need to do,” Pelosi said, adding that in addition to abortion, Democrats intend to go after Second Amendment rights, force equity on America and cram through “voting rights” laws that will make it easier for her party to manipulate elections to become a permanent ruling majority.

Also during the interview, the Speaker Emerita snapped at Tur for straying from the party’s narrative over the economy when she correctly noted that the loss of jobs under Trump was due to the unprecedented measures put into place due to the COVID pandemic when Democrat governors destroyed small businesses with their lockdowns.

“Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president, so we just have to make sure people know,” Pelosi said, after which Tur reminded her of the effect of the global pandemic.

Visibly shaken by the interjection of truth into the interview, Pelosi briefly paused before huffing, “He had the worst record of any president. We’ve had other concerns in our country. If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.”

Zeroing in on the single female demographic as critical to their preservation of power, Democrats are going all-in with the fearmongering about protecting the right of expectant mothers to deprive their unborn children of the right to life and if it works, the last remaining bulwark against one-party rule in America will soon fall victim to their tyranny.
