‘There’s a hidden message in Biden’s humiliating withdrawal letter that should terrify every American’

After President Joe Biden “ghosted us,” one columnist called out the spine-tingling “hidden message” in his campaign withdrawal that should leave everyone concerned.

With expected protests, tensions, and even the host city of Chicago, the parallels between the upcoming Democratic National Convention took an abrupt turn Sunday when, unlike then-President Lyndon Johnson in 1968 who made an address to pass on the nomination, Biden did the equivalent of a breakup text message.

For that, Daily Mail columnist Maureen Callahan likened the incumbent’s actions to former President Richard Nixon’s resignation as she read between the lines to pose the question: “Who on EARTH is running this country?”

“Read this, my friends, in a hoarse Joe Biden whisper: He can’t do it,” she noted after pointing out the most obvious concern regarding fitness to serve if he is no longer fit to run.

“Yes, Biden’s focus — something he has loose possession of from the hours of 10am to 4pm — is now ‘on fulfilling my duties as President’ until January,” wrote the columnist

“And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country,” Biden prioritized, “for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”

Callahan raised the implications, supported by the widespread concerns about the president’s faculties and suggestions that a “mysterious cabal” was running the White House, and continued, “This man has no business staying in the most consequential job on the planet. He has no business with access to the nuclear codes. He needs to resign immediately, turn the keys over to Kamala, and prep for what should be an in-depth investigation into the cover-up regarding his health and cognitive decline.”

Other questions raised by the columnist saw her wondering who was responsible for the decision, who wrote the statement, and when as she indicated, “Announcements of this magnitude are typically presaged with an alert to the media. Early reports are that Biden’s top campaign staff didn’t know about the letter, with a handful told just one minute before someone pushed ‘publish.'”

Amid the initial reactions to Biden’s withdrawal, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, who emphatically endorsed former President Donald Trump after the attempt on the GOP leader’s life, called out, “I heard last week that he would resign at this exact time and date. It was widespread knowledge in DC. The real powers that be are discarding the old puppet in favor of one that has a better chance of fooling the public. They fear Trump because he is not a puppet.”

Callahan wrote in a similar vein as she decried, “Shame on the Obamas, the Clintons, Nancy Pelosi, and every lawmaker who knew the truth and kept quiet. Shame on every journalist who had face time with the President and refused to break the biggest political scandal since Watergate.”

“And shame on the Democrats if they try to keep Joe in the Oval. He shouldn’t be there one more day. Who in the White House press pool will finally confront this corrupt administration?” she asked having asserted, “Biden has humiliated himself, the nation, the Democratic elites, megadonors and liberal-media enablers who spent years covering for him.”

In response to the questions posed by the columnist, social media users sounded off with their suspicions and concerns as well.
